Some kids see MCK-Y and go "Wow, it's a Lego Mouse Droid, how cool!" And then occasionally we have to explain to their parents what a mouse droid is :)
Here's a video I found on YouTube of the Mouse Droid's "Movie Moment" in the original Star Wars movie.
Since then, the MSE-6 "Mouse Droid" has appeared in many of the other Star Wars movies, including The Force Awakens and Rogue One.
The mice for the newer movies were even built by R2-D2 club builders that were hired to build droids for the new movies!
So far, no Lego ones in the films though :(
